Opened on March 15, 2025, this international Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy offers training for both adults and children, starting from age four. Annual memberships are priced at $12.75 for residents and $191 for non-residents, making it accessible for the community. Finally, the upcoming Ace Pickleball Club, set to open in early 2026 at 19890 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, will feature 12 professional-grade cushioned courts.
