Eagle County School District IT Team Wins Global Awards for Excellence

UPDATE: Eagle County School District’s Information Technology Department has just been named a 2025 Global Winner of the prestigious ONCON ICON Top 100 Award in two categories: Technology Team and Information Security. Winners were revealed on Tuesday, October 21, during the annual ONCON ICON Awards ceremony, an event that highlights the most impactful leaders and teams in business and technology.

This recognition comes at an important time, showcasing the district’s commitment to excellence amid rapid digital transformation in education. The Lenovo Self-Maintainer Program allows certified IT teams to conduct in-house warranty repairs, significantly reducing turnaround times for device maintenance. The Eagle County School District has achieved a remarkable reduction in repair turnaround from 45 days to less than 4, ensuring that devices are quickly returned to students and staff.
