UPDATE: Eastern Market Brewing Company has just launched public pre-orders for its highly anticipated 2026 Paczki Beer release, starting at Noon today. Beer enthusiasts can now indulge in four exciting new flavors ahead of Fat Tuesday, making this a must-try event for all beer lovers.
This year’s lineup includes four fresh styles: Classic Raspberry Blonde Paczki, Cherry Cheesecake Imperial Paczki, Orange Creamsicle Milkshake Paczki, and Lemon Blueberry Sour Paczki. Notably, two flavors—Maple Coffee Pastry Paczki and Lemon Blueberry Sour Paczki—were already sold out during an exclusive member pre-order event earlier this week, highlighting the growing demand for this unique brew.
According to Dayne Bartscht, Founder of Eastern Market Brewing Co., “Paczki Beer has grown every year, but 2026 felt like the moment to rethink everything.” Each beer is crafted with a distinct foundation, allowing the brewery to fine-tune elements like mouthfeel, sweetness, acidity, and aroma.
Public pre-orders can be made via the brewery’s website, with pickup available from Wednesday, February 11, to Sunday, March 1. Additionally, attendees can collect their orders at the popular annual Paczki Block Party on Saturday, February 14, hosted on Riopelle Street by Eastern Market Brewing Company and Detroit City Distillery.
