TECNO Unveils Game-Changing Phones and Lamborghini Collab at MWC 2026

UPDATE: TECNO just unveiled groundbreaking devices at MWC 2026, showcasing its latest innovations that are set to transform the smartphone landscape. The highlight includes the new CAMON 50 Series and POVA 8 Series, alongside a stunning collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini.

The CAMON 50 Series features the CAMON 50 and CAMON 50 Pro, both powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate chip. These devices boast 8GB of RAM, a vibrant 6.78-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a robust 6,150mAh battery with 45W charging. The Pro variant elevates photography with a triple rear camera setup, including a remarkable 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP 3x telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. Innovative features like Super-Zoom FlashSnap and AI Auto Zoom promise to enhance user experience.

Meanwhile, the POVA 8 Series introduces the POVA CURVE 2 5G, boasting an incredible 8,000mAh battery—the largest ever in the POVA line—housed within a sleek 7.42mm body. This model runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G chipset and features a 144Hz curved AMOLED display, along with an impressive IP64 rating for durability. TECNO claims this battery is designed to last for an astonishing six years.

In an exciting twist, TECNO also announced a collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini, introducing the Tonino Lamborghini TECNO TAURUS, touted as the world’s smallest water-cooling gaming mini-PC. The partnership also includes a limited-edition POVA Metal phone with Lamborghini branding, with additional products such as laptops, tablets, and wearables expected to follow.

One of the standout features presented at this year’s event is TECNO’s Modular Magnetic Interconnection Technology. This innovative design allows users to attach various components—like extended batteries and specialized camera lenses—magnetically to the back of their phones, enabling personalized configurations based on daily needs. Although currently a concept, TECNO’s advancements in camera technology suggest a serious commitment to bringing this idea to fruition.

Additionally, TECNO unveiled its expanded AIoT lineup, which includes MEGABOOK laptops, an upcoming MEGAPAD tablet, the Watch GT 1S, AI Glasses, and TECNO True 2 and FreeHear 2 earphones. All devices will integrate with the updated OneLeap platform for seamless file transfers and screen sharing.

As TECNO continues to redefine mobile technology, the implications for consumers and tech enthusiasts are substantial. The combination of advanced hardware, unique collaborations, and innovative concepts positions TECNO as a formidable player in the market.
