He is survived by his son, Brent Thummel, and daughter, Melissa Montgomery, along with their spouses, Angie and Adam, respectively. Additionally, he leaves behind his stepchildren, Heather Boren and Jake Storrer, who, along with their partners, Dylan and Nicki, will carry his memory forward.
