Great Bend Runners Prepare for Crucial Cross Country Regional
Runners from Great Bend and the surrounding areas are set to compete in the 1A cross country regional on September 30, 2023, at Lake Barton. The event promises to showcase the talent and dedication of young athletes as they strive for a chance to advance in the competition.
From Great Bend, a strong female contingent will represent the school, including Decorah Schroeter, Bella Long, and Sydney Stein. These athletes have shown promising performances throughout the season and will be looking to convert their training into success on race day. The boys’ team from Great Bend, featuring runners such as Brogan Lashley and Isaac Aldana, will also aim to make their mark at the regional event.
