Kevin Paul Larson, 66, Passes Away After Courageous Cancer Battle
BREAKING: Kevin Paul Larson, aged 66, from Port Charlotte, FL, has passed away peacefully following a long and courageous battle with cancer on October 15, 2025. His family confirmed the news earlier today, marking a profound loss for loved ones and the community.
Born in 1959 to John and Mary Larson in Duluth, MN, Kevin was a proud graduate of Denfeld High School in 1977. He later earned his degree from Dunwoody College, where he laid the foundation for a life dedicated to family and community service.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Mary Larson, along with his children, Nick (spouse Faith) and Hayley Larson. He was also a cherished brother to Kerry (spouse Xiuping), Kathy (spouse Jim), Kris, and Kent (spouse DawnMarie) Larson. His legacy continues through his beloved grandchildren, Brooklyn, Parker, Preston, and Cheyenne.
The family expressed deep sadness over the loss of Kevin, who was preceded in death by his father, John J. Larson, and his son, Dylan Baron Larson. They shared, “Kevin was a fighter until the end, and his spirit will forever live on in our hearts.”
