Local Paramedic Bryan Bradshaw Named Tennessee’s EMT of the Year

BREAKING: Local paramedic Lt. Bryan Bradshaw has just been honored as the EMT/Paramedic of the Year by the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Department of Tennessee. The prestigious award was presented on March 3, 2024, during the VFW Mid-Winter Conference in Manchester, Tennessee, recognizing his exceptional commitment to the health and safety of Tennessee residents.

This accolade follows a nomination from members of VFW Post 2166, where Bradshaw was celebrated for his outstanding service. Bradshaw, who serves with the Carter County Rescue Squad, has built a remarkable career in emergency medical services. He began as an EMT-Basic and advanced to become an Advanced EMT before achieving his paramedic license.
