On November 7, 2025, Downtown Thomasville will come alive with music and festivities as the Lloyd Carter Band headlines the monthly First Friday event at The Ritz Amphitheater. Beginning at 17:00, attendees can enjoy an evening filled with local shopping, food, and live performances.
Shops and boutiques in the downtown area will extend their hours, inviting visitors to explore a variety of offerings. Local artists Christa Graham and Zack Lambert will perform along the streets, providing a vibrant soundtrack for the evening. Guests can also indulge in drinks from participating merchants while strolling through the Downtown Entertainment District.
Food and Entertainment Await
Food trucks, including S&G World Famous BBQ and Lasalle’s Carnival Food, will be stationed at The Ritz Amphitheater, adding to the diverse culinary experience. Additionally, many downtown restaurants will be open for dinner and drinks, creating an atmosphere perfect for a full night out.
At 20:00, the spotlight will shift to the Lloyd Carter Band, known for their energetic performances that seamlessly blend traditional country classics with contemporary party hits. Lead singer Lloyd Carter has garnered recognition, receiving multiple nominations such as “Country Male Vocalist of the Year” at the Josie Music Awards held at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry, and “Male Vocalist of the Year” at the Georgia Country Awards.
