Man Charged with Attempted Murder in Livermore Freeway Shooting

BREAKING: A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Luis Guerrero, 36, charged with attempted murder and multiple firearm offenses following a road rage shooting on June 11, 2023, in Livermore. In addition to attempted murder, Guerrero faces charges of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, shooting at an occupied motor vehicle, and carrying a concealed firearm. Investigators discovered an unregistered .45 caliber pistol and shell casings within his vehicle, according to court documents.
